OUR JOURNEY

Alex Frijat came from behind the wheel, as a pizza delivery driver who fell in love with food done right. In 2010, he opened the first Zio Al’s with scratch-made recipes, high standards, and a promise to serve everyone who walked through the door.

That promise grew, first to a second location, then a third. Today, Zio Al’s is a DFW staple with 9 locations and more on the way. But our focus hasn’t changed: good food, made fresh, open late.
